Los Angeles Trip

Well I've been in L.A. almost two days now.
I'm here for the HITEC convention. For those of you that dont know, it is about Hotel Technology and Finance, sponsored by HFTP. I arrived early on Sunday, even though I missed my flight. (and got stuck between a big guy and a hyper asshole since I was put on standby)
I was met by some friends of mine that stood in the airport holding up a sign with BLINDWILLY on it. Apperently it even was noticed by a Hollywood TV Star. (I think she wanted to know who the next rising star is, lol)
My friends and I strode around Hollywood Blvd and attended the premier of Herbie Fully Loaded. Too bad we were early, nothing happened. I did get an OSCAR from the WOOT voters. (ok, one WOOT voter), some Tshirts for my baby, and sore feet.

I attended the first day of the conference yesterday and will post pics when I pull those off the camera. It was very educational. My boss showed up in a bow tie and he actualy looked good, lol. It works for him, for sure!
Even though I'm here more for the education that I get, I cant wait for the vendor floor to open up. This is where all the companies that have to do with Hotel Tech show off thier wares. That and all the freebies they hand out.
Time to shower, shave and iron my shirt and head out. More to follow soon!
